Refund policy

RETURNS

Not satisfied with your order? You can return it within 14 days after receiving your purchase (at your own expense).
Once we receive your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER

  1. Send an email with your return request to hd.clothinginternational@gmail.com
    Please include your order number in the message.

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive our return address by email.

  3. Once we have received your return, you will be notified and the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The order must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must be complete and in its original condition.

  • The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Please be careful with make-up: items with make-up stains cannot be returned.

  • Orders returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

Would you prefer a different size?
You can exchange your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Once we receive your return, the item will be exchanged within 10 working days (if in stock).

If the item is not back in stock within 10 working days, we will unfortunately have to issue a refund. You will of course be kept informed.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Each HUMAN DECENCY piece can be customized.
Your garment is produced specifically for you, with care and intention.

Because of this, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
