If your return is approved, you will receive the return address by email. Pack your item carefully and ship it back.

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please submit your request as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed, shipped or customized, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return conditions

  • The order must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be complete and in its original condition.
  • The item must not be worn, washed or damaged.
  • Items with make-up stains cannot be returned.
  • Orders returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size? You can exchange your order within 14 days after receiving it. Once we receive your return, the item will be exchanged within 10 working days, if available.

Customized items

Each HUMAN DECENCY piece can be customized. Because customized items are produced specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
